Sallfin Financial Planning & Analysis ("Sallfin", "we", "us", or "our") is a financial advisory and FP&A consultancy based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, existing clients accessing publicly available content on this Site, and any other users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sallfin.

Nothing on this Site grants you any licence or right to use the Sallfin name, logo, or any other intellectual property, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, without our prior written consent.

If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details in Section 18 with the following information:

• A description of the work you believe has been infringed
• The location on the Site of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact details (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised

We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Sallfin is an FP&A advisory firm. Formal advice is provided only under a signed engagement agreement and after a thorough understanding of your specific circumstances.

6. Contact Forms and Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through the Site's contact form, we will use your details to respond to your request. By submitting the form you consent to Sallfin contacting you in connection with your enquiry. Please do not submit confidential financial information through the contact form. We are not responsible for the security of information submitted through unencrypted web forms.

Sallfin reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to decline or not respond to any enquiry, without being required to give reasons.

7. Client Deliverables and Engagement Content

Any financial models, MIS reports, business plans, budgets, forecasts, loan proposals, or other deliverables produced by Sallfin under a client engagement are provided solely to the client named in the relevant engagement agreement. Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with third parties without Sallfin's written consent, except as expressly permitted under the engagement agreement.

Published case studies, insight articles, or thought leadership content on the Site are anonymised and generalised and do not constitute disclosure of any client's confidential information.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience only. Sallfin has no control over the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of external sites, and we are not responsible for them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Sallfin. You access external sites entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Site Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Before resorting to legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sallfin with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

17. No Waiver

Sallfin's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if it is made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Sallfin.
